RAGI DOSA

Ingredients

  • Urad dal - 3/4 cup (soaked 2 hrs)
  • Ragi flour - 2 1/2 cup
  • Salt  - 1 1/2 t spoon
Method


  • Grind urad dal after soaking to the consistency that u do for idly batter.
  • Then add ragi floor in to the urad dal in the grinder and allow them to get mixed well.
  • Add salt and allow it to ferment for 8 hrs and u can make out ragi dosas,
