MOORE KULAMBU


Ingredients


  • Oil
  • Mustard - 1/2 t spoon
  • Chopped Big / Small Onion 
  • Curry leaves - 2 stem
  • Dry/ Green chilli -1
  • Any 1 Vegetable (Brinjal, Ash gourd, Bottle gourd, Cluster beans etc) - 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground material
  • Butter milk
  To grind
  • Grated coconut - 1 cup
  • Toor Dal - 1 t spoon
  • Rice - 1 t spoon
  • Turmeric - 1/2 t spoon
  • Garlic - 3 pods
  • Dry chilli - 10
  • Curry leaves- 2 stem
  • Cumin - 1 t spoon
  • Small Onions - 15
  • Butter milk
  • Water - 3 cups



Method

  1. Grind the given items by adding buttermilk.
  2. Heat the oil and saute the items given above in the same order.
  3. Once the vegetable is 3/4th cooked add ground material with butter milk  and allow to boil well untill the raw smell goes off.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
