ADHIRASAM


Ingredients

  • Raw rice - 1 cup (Soaked 1 hr)
  • Powdered Jaggery - 1/2 cup
Method 

  • Mix the powdered jaggery in water and allow it to boil once and filter it and keep aside.
  • Remove the water completely after soaking the rice and shadow dry for sometime and then powderise it using a mixer grinder.
  • Mix the rice powder with  jaggery and place it in a closed container for 2 days.
  • Then make small balls and flatten it and deep fry in oil.
