SPROUTED SPICY GREEN GRAM DOSA

Ingredients

  • Urad dal - 1/4 cup (Soaked 2hrs)
  • Rice - 2 cup  (Soaked 2hrs)
  • Sprouted green gram - 1/2 cup
  • Dry chilly - 8
  • cumin - 2 t spoon
  • Curry leaves - 2 stem
  • Shallots - 10
  • Garlic - 4 pods
  • Salt
Method



  • Grind urad dal and then rice to the idly batter consistency.
  • Then grind the sprouted green gram and rest of the ingredients by adding together.
  • Mix well by adding salt and allow it to ferment for 8 hrs and then u can put ur healthy sprouted spicy green gram dosas.
