Ingredients
- Ghee
- Cahew - few pods
- Dry grapes - few
- Sooji - 1 cup
- Food colour - a pinch
- Boiled Water - 3-4 cups
- Sugar -2 cups
If needed - Cardomom powder
- Fry the cashews n dry grapes in ghee.
- Add sooji n saute for few mins and then add the boiling water and allow it to cook well.
- Once sooji is cooked add the sugar n keep stiring well. Add Ghee finally and serve.
