KAESARI

Ingredients

  • Ghee
  • Cahew - few pods
  • Dry grapes - few
  • Sooji - 1 cup
  • Food colour - a pinch
  • Boiled Water - 3-4 cups
  • Sugar -2 cups
If needed - Cardomom powder
Method



  • Fry the cashews n dry grapes in ghee.
  • Add sooji n saute for few mins and then add the boiling water and allow it to cook well.
  • Once sooji is cooked add the sugar n keep stiring well. Add Ghee finally and serve.
