Ingredients
To saute
- oil
- Mustard - 1/2 t spoon
- Split channa dal - 1 t spoon
- Split urad dal - 1 t spoon
- Small / big onion - 1/ 4 cup
- Green / dry chilli - 4
- Curry leaves
- Grated coconut
To steam cook
- Ragi semiya - 1 packet
Method
- Soak ragi semiya in cold water with salt for 5 mins, then filter the water completely and steam cook for 15 mins in idly kadai.
- Cool the steam cooked ragi semiya n sprinkle lemon juice in which salt is dissolved.
- Saute the cooked ragi semiya once all the items listed above are sauted.garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
