1. Tomato Sabji
Ingredients
- Oil
- Mustard Seeds - 1/2 t spoon
- Cinnamon sticks- 2
- Cloves - 2
- Cumin - 1 t spoon
- Chopped Small onion - 15 Nos
- Chopped Green chilli - 4
- Curry leaves - 2 stem
- Finely Chopped Tomatoes - 8
- Salt to taste
To Garnish
- Grated coconut - 1 table spoon
- Coriander leaves - 3 stems
Method
- Cook the ingredients by adding them in the above order. Note : Tomatoes should be cooked such that u can smash it with a laddle.
- Smash the entire cooked items with a laddle when its hot and the garnish with the items given.
2.Peerkan Sabji
Ingredients
- Oil
- Chopped Small onion - 15 Nos
- Chopped Green chilli - 4
- Curry leaves - 2 stem
- Finely Chopped Coriander leaves - 4 stems
- Cumin - 1 t spoon
- Finely chopped peerkan - 2 cups
- Tamarind - size of a gooseberry
- Salt to taste
Method
- Cook the ingredients by adding them in the above order. Note : Add water at the last and cook well
- Grind the cooked items and serve.
