Ingredients
- Oil
- Mustard - 1/2 t spoon
- Chopped Big / Small Onion
- Curry leaves - 2 stem
- Dry/ Green chilli -1
- Any 1 Vegetable (Brinjal, Ash gourd, Bottle gourd, Cluster beans etc) - 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Ground material
- Butter milk
To grind
- Grated coconut - 1 cup
- Toor Dal - 1 t spoon
- Rice - 1 t spoon
- Turmeric - 1/2 t spoon
- Garlic - 3 pods
- Dry chilli - 10
- Curry leaves- 2 stem
- Cumin - 1 t spoon
- Small Onions - 15
- Butter milk
- Water - 3 cups
Method
- Grind the given items by adding buttermilk.
- Heat the oil and saute the items given above in the same order.
- Once the vegetable is 3/4th cooked add ground material with butter milk and allow to boil well untill the raw smell goes off.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
