CAULIFLOWER KURUMA


Ingredients


  • Oil
  • Mustard - 1/2 t spoon
  • Chopped Big onion
  • Curry leaves - 2 stem
  • Dry/ Green chilli -1
  • Any 1 Vegetable or Mixed Vegetables (Potato, Carrot, Peas, Tomato , Cauliflower, Mushroom, Egg etc) - 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground material
  To grind
  • Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
  • Kadalai - 2 table spoon
  • Cloves-2
  • Cinnamon -2
  • Poppy seeds - 2 t spoon
  • Turmeric - 1/2 t spoon
  • Garlic - 3 pods
  • Ginger - a small piece
  • Dry chilli - 10
  • Curry leaves- 2 stem
      If needed
  • Cumin - 1 t spoon
  • Coriander seeds - 3 t spoon
  • Fennel - 1/2 t spoon



Method

  1. Grind the given items with water.
  2. Heat the oil and saute the items given above in the same order.
  3. Once the vegetable is 3/4th cooked add ground material and allow to boil well untill the raw smell goes off.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
