Ingredients
- Oil
- Mustard - 1/2 t spoon
- Chopped Big onion
- Curry leaves - 2 stem
- Dry/ Green chilli -1
- Any 1 Vegetable or Mixed Vegetables (Potato, Carrot, Peas, Tomato , Cauliflower, Mushroom, Egg etc) - 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Ground material
To grind
- Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
- Kadalai - 2 table spoon
- Cloves-2
- Cinnamon -2
- Poppy seeds - 2 t spoon
- Turmeric - 1/2 t spoon
- Garlic - 3 pods
- Ginger - a small piece
- Dry chilli - 10
- Curry leaves- 2 stem
If needed
- Cumin - 1 t spoon
- Coriander seeds - 3 t spoon
- Fennel - 1/2 t spoon
Method
- Grind the given items with water.
- Heat the oil and saute the items given above in the same order.
- Once the vegetable is 3/4th cooked add ground material and allow to boil well untill the raw smell goes off.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
