SAGO PAYASAM


Ingredients

  • Water - 2 cups
  • Sago - 1/4 cup
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
To Grind
  • Grated coconut - 3 table spoon
  • Raw rice - 1t spoon
For Seasoning
  • Ghee
  • Cashew nuts
  • Dry grapes

If needed - Cardomom powder

Method





Method

  • Once when the water boils, add sago and cook until it turns transparent. if water is not sufficient add little more and cook well.
  • Finally add sugar and allow it until it melts.
  • B4 taking of from the stove, add milk along with ground materials so as to enhance the taste.
  • Fry the items given under seasoning with ghee and add to the final stuff and serve.
