CURD SEMIYA


Ingredients



To saute
  • oil
  • Mustard - 1/2 t spoon
  • Cashew nuts- few pods
  • Dry grapes - few 
  • Split channa dal - 1 t spoon
  • Split urad dal - 1 t spoon
  • Small / big onion - 1/ 4 cup
  • Green chilli - 3
  • Curry leaves
  • Grated carrots
  • Cooked Semiya - 1/2 packet





Method
  • Boil 2l of water and then add semiya and allow it it boil once and turn off d flame. Leave it for 5 mins so tat it gets cooked well. Then filter the water completely and allow it to cool for some time
  • Saute the items given above in the same order and then serve it by garnishing with coriander leaves.
