Ingredients
To saute
- oil
 - Mustard - 1/2 t spoon
 - Cashew nuts- few pods
 - Dry grapes - few
 - Split channa dal - 1 t spoon
 - Split urad dal - 1 t spoon
 - Small / big onion - 1/ 4 cup
 - Green chilli - 3
 - Curry leaves
 - Grated carrots
 - Cooked Semiya - 1/2 packet
 
Method
- Boil 2l of water and then add semiya and allow it it boil once and turn off d flame. Leave it for 5 mins so tat it gets cooked well. Then filter the water completely and allow it to cool for some time
 - Saute the items given above in the same order and then serve it by garnishing with coriander leaves.
